In her role, she will promote clinical and translational science research within the school. Dr. Hohmann’s research interests include implementation science and mixed methods, substance misuse prevention, and implementation of innovations in community-based healthcare organizations.

My research expertise is in implementation science and mixed methods, focusing on two main areas: 1) opioid and substance misuse prevention; and 2) broader implementation of preventive services in healthcare organizations, primarily services for older adults.

Through rigorous coursework at Auburn, I gained in-depth knowledge and understanding of health outcomes research methodology, statistics, and social and behavioral theories.
