  • Trophic Dynamics

My work has included projects ranging from upland sandhills and slope wetlands to large, dynamic river delta systems and estuarine/barrier island floral/faunal community assessments in coastal Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.

Current research projects include: Eastern Box Turtle population demographics and pathogen prevalence, a continuous herpetofaunal & avian assessment of the USA Campus Glenn Sebastian Nature Trail, a long-term assessment of natural and anthropogenic disturbance on floral/faunal community structure within the Mobile-Tensaw Delta, and tick-borne pathogen prevalence within wild rodent populations in Alabama.
