Research Interests: Although Dr. Rusch's teaching and research activities revolve around traditional environmental engineering topics, she actively tries to raise awareness and opportunities for female students in engineering through her efforts as faculty advisor for the Society of Women Engineers and board member for the Women's Engineering Leadership Institute.
