Paula Peters provides leadership and coordination for the conceptualization and implementation of Family and Consumer Sciences programming by providing leadership in setting program priorities and development of resource plans to support them; providing oversight and support to programs addressing family and consumer-related issues; coordinating and communicating among county administrators and agents, area administrators, area and state specialist, and extension and college administrators; identifying funding sources and facilitating funding procurement; overseeing and coordinating relevant program planning, evaluation, and reporting in collaboration with faculty and administrators; and coordinating professional development for extension staff.
