Research Areas:

  • College impact: (1) influence of high-impact educational practices on college students' learning and development, (2) minoritized students' collegiate experiences, (3) institutional change toward more inclusive and just campus environments

They are currently working on several projects using secondary, large-scale quantitative datasets to examine collegiate experiences and outcomes for minoritized student populations, as well as a Spencer Foundation funded longitudinal, qualitative study focused on college choice processes and anticipatory socialization initiatives that transgender students experience.
