Her research interests include the study of neurodegeneration, stroke, cell biology, and nutrition. Her laboratory performs in vitro and in vivo studies related to mechanisms of neurodegeneration and rescue. Dr. Khanna has over 120 peer-reviewed publications with an H-index of 58.
