Expertise

My research advances the use of remote sensing and geospatial technologies to support ecosystem assessment, forest structure characterization, and sustainable natural resource management. I develop and apply methodologies to derive vegetation biophysical parameters and create products from multi-source remote sensing datasets, including airborne and spaceborne lidar, to inform sustainable ecosystem management and broader societal decision-making.
