Her teaching, research, and patient care activities focus on the chronic disease state management for diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, heart failure, and Women’s Health, specifically cardiovascular risk reduction. Recent areas of research include adherence to American Heart Association guidelines for treatment of heart failure and the impact of pharmacist management in an interdisciplinary setting in patients with diabetes.
