Mainly focusing on time dependent atomic phenomena, highly excited (Rydberg) atoms, electron scattering, strong fields, and ultracold plasmas. Our group investigates phenomena in diverse areas of atomic and molecular physics (and sometimes plasma physics!) using theoretical and computational techniques.

Our group investigates phenomena in diverse areas of atomic and molecular physics using theoretical and computational techniques. Research by myself and immediate collaborators has concentrated in five areas: Rydberg atoms in strong fields, frozen Rydberg gas, ultracold plasma, antimatter, and two or more continuum electrons.

My research area is Theoretical Atomic Physics, mainly focusing on time dependent atomic phenomena, highly excited (Rydberg) atoms, electron scattering, strong fields and ultracold plasmas.
